Are you the definition of crazy?

 Definition of Crazy #1

Applying for job after job after job after job through blind online mailboxes and job board portals. Day after day. Month after month. Never stopping to consider what exactly happens to that resume when you hit the "send" button, nor what may be going wrong with your search process. Since no one ever even acknowedges receiving your resume, no less are they setting up interviews.

Definition of Crazy #2

Doing the same thing over and over and over, and expecting different results. Which is exactly the same as Definition of Crazy #1.

If this is you, I beg you. Get off that hamster wheel that, I am quite certain, is exhausting you.

Get off the hamster wheel and cook up a plan that doesn't rely on job boards nor online applications.

You have too much competition using these methods, and there are too many layers through which your resume has to pass before you'll get invited in for an interview.

Stop doing crazy.
